PNEK and Lydgalleriet collaborate on a unique concert using film and celluloid as a starting point.

The two films Pie Pellicane Jesus Dominae: And After Several Rapid Strokes Of Their Wings by Bruce McClure, and Light Trap by Greg Pope. In Light Trap, four lightly modified 16mm displays are placed in each corner of a smoky room. Each of them starts with an unexposed movie loop that is subjected to hard-handed treatment by the machine during the concert. Thus, the performance slowly develops into an inferno of sound and sound, all of which relate to simple mechanical principles. In Bergen, John Hegre will mix the sound live.

The performance is a brutal homage to Anthony McCall's masterpiece 'Light describing a cone' from 1973.
